DR. NIDHISHREE J S: I have graduated in ‘Bachelor of Naturopathy and Yogic sciences’ from the prestigious Rajiv Gandhi university of Health Science, Bengaluru, Karnataka. Along this journey of five and a half years, I became truly interested in Yoga, Bharatanatyam, and Writing and have continued to learn about these subjects ever since. I am also very interested in Research, especially in the field of Yoga which has helped me develop the scientific temper towards health. I have Worked as a Senior Research Fellow in Central Council for Research in Yoga and Naturopathy (CCRYN), New Delhi
